Please do not visit this place, the person at the reception was too rude, they kept us waiting for almost about an hour stating their first priority is someone not booking “online” Top of that the room was too dirty , no soaps was provided, washroom was too stinky, curtain was half tore with some blood patches, they asked us to give our original ID’s to them for the whole 24 hrs which is weird usually all the hotels I’ve been to they ask for original ID’s just for the verification purpose and return it back immediately, please visit this place at your own risk. Poor poor hospitality

Location is too long from western express highway , but good for the mira bhynder people it's on road beside only , room are small as compared to other hotel room but food and service is good ✌️✌️🙌

Don't go on the pictures at all. what they've shown is a super deluxe room. The normal delux room is a like the size of a CHAWL. there are no amenities. Forget about having a water kettle. there is not even a single bottle of water included, atleast for even the 1st day of checkin. water bottle at a cost of 30 rs. Tea at the cost of 30 rs. which is literally like a baby cup. At the time of checkin, the manager strictly told me to book directly from them the next time I visit. I don't know what made him think I would. I stayed here for 6 whole days and on the 3rd day, my girlfriend and I wanted to have a guest over for just a couple hours for which again they asked extra amount of 800. the worst part is, i was out when I called them, and he called me back and asks if the guest is a male or a female. I felt very uncomfortable with this question but yet i answered and he still said there will be extra charge. The most unworthy and expensive stay I've ever had in Mumbai. While booking on mmt, i selected an option for early check-in. I do understand it's on an availability basis. I reached Mumbai at around 9 and called them at 10 to check for early check in. they said not available. I reached the hotel around 10:45 and asked again just incase. i was denied again and that was perfectly fine cause i understand the rooms may not be empty. after a min, the manager tells me, if you really need it, we can give you an early check-in but at an extra cost of rs. 800. The worst part is, they did not even have toilet paper to provide. I mean what hotel does not provide toilet paper. Worst ever. don't even think about it. you will definitely regret it and think about this feedback of mine.
