I just had the pleasure of staying in the "Royal Hometel Suites," and the entire experience was delightful. This undiscovered treasure tucked away in the middle of the city really beyond my expectations, providing an incredibly royal experience that really amazed me. A sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere welcomed me as soon as I entered the foyer. The Royal Hometel Suites staff's immaculate manners and meticulous attention to detail set the tone for my stay. Everything about the check-in procedure went well, and the staff treated me with true friendliness. The apartment itself was really opulent. It was roomy, well decorated, and immaculately maintained; it truly felt like home. Outstanding recreational amenities are another feature of the Royal Hometel Suites. The spa offered a peaceful haven, and the exercise facility is well-equipped. The rooftop pool had great city views, making it the ideal place to unwind. But the great service is what really makes this hotel stand out. To make your stay unforgettable, the team goes above and beyond anticipating your requirements. Whether organizing transportation, providing local suggestions, or simply delivering a nice conversation, the quality of service at the Royal Hometel Suites is unrivaled. I stayed here with my mother for three nights. The service was top notch and we received bottled water immediately whenever we asked for it. The night we checked in there was a stain on our bed and an employee immediately came to change the sheets. I had noticed that the new sheets still had small yellow and black stains. The shower is large and the bathroom was spacious and well lit. The breakfast buffet had such an widespread array of Indian and American breakfast items. I highly suggest the dinner buffet as well. Suggestions for improvement: I suggest a varied playlist of songs or instrumental beats. We grew sick of hearing the same “Jingle Bells” song on repeat for all three days of our stay. We complained on the second day and the song was never changed. The sheets should be better scanned for stains.
