Everything of the hotel is simply superb. Room and Bathroom super clean and looks absolutely newly built. Bathroom is like a five star hotel. Choice of items in breakfast and its taste and quality was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel for 4 nights

Lovely place for both veg and non veg food. Their green garlic chicken was awesome. Same with caramel pudding. One of the best. We revisited the place coz of the excellent food quality. Awesome ambience, fast service. Probably this is the reason there's always waiting queue for dinner. Staff is cooperative in informing about tables when they are available.

Visited Sai Palace restaurant with friends and my one-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an inflexible policy regarding ordering a single boiled egg for my baby. Despite explaining it was for a young child’s meal, the waiter insisted we order a full plate of eggs or share among ourselves. As a family dining out for a special meal, we expected understanding, especially for a simple request for our child’s meal. We didn’t intend to dine out for eggs when we could have easily had them at home. It’s disappointing that a renowned restaurant lacks flexibility for such situations. I hope Sai Palace reconsiders such policies to accommodate reasonable requests, especially for children’s meals, to ensure a more inclusive and customer-friendly experience for families. Dining out should be about enjoying a variety of delicious dishes, not negotiating over a single egg.

Hotel is centrally located and rooms are good. However we had an unpleasant experience, we had booked for 3 adults with breakfast included for a room however we were given only 2 bottles of drinking water in the room and was charged for the third bottle. Infact on the last day the check out time was at 12pm and we were charged for drinking water provided in the room. No good rated hotel charges for such small things and management needs to take a note.
