Hotel is near mall road, not exactly at mall road. No natural views from hotel can be seen.services are not good. Tv non functioning. Extra charge for room heater.We stayed 2 days but no room cleaning was done in between, even bedsheets were not changed. They gave towel on request and that was dirty also. Not recommended at all. Worst experience

Very well maintained hotel. Staff is polite and attentive. Manager was very good . Over all I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Manali.

I bought package from ajay thakur and the package was very well planned and all the things are very good maintained. The staff members of the hotel are very cooperative and the rooms are cleaned. Good experience

Worst hotel experience till date. No clean beds, smelling blankets, rooms are dirty, no space for parking bikes, Blocked view(no view at all). Booked hotel from mmt. Towels were not provided initially, and when we requested them, we were given wet towels. The man at the reception was impolite. When we asked for a 2-hour extension, he initially demanded 2000 rupees, then reduced it to 1000, and finally settled on 800. It's quite disappointing to be charged such a high amount for just 2 hours.
