Good Hotel if you have vehicle and wants to stay away from crowd and stay in peace. The three bed room was reasonably spacious. But lack of kitchen, break fast and even a coffee will be a disadvantage. Like wise hot water availability needs improvement.

Rooms are clean, with clean sheets, clean bathroom and warm running water. There is no room service as such. It a decent place if you just want to sleep for a night.

We rented 3 rooms there for a day with family as we visited velankanni church. Checked in at 4 am in the morning, staff were welcoming and approachable, rooms were neat and tidy, all of us were happy with the appearance of the rooms, beds were clean and well made, A/C was working in full condition, hot water was available all time, contacted Mr. Amoudhan over there, he was so nice and helpful. I recommend Santhosh Inn for anybody visiting the place.

STILL NO SIGN OF MY REFUND : I booked 4 rooms after the manager assured me hotel was just 1km from the church. However, that turned out to be false, and they were much farther away. I called within 5 hours to cancel, but the manager refused a full refund and only gave me 50%. He also wouldn't let me speak to his superiors or the owners. If the management is reading this, please contact me or provide a number to reach you.

Located away from Velankanni. Parking space is sufficient. There is no food, coffee, or tea in this hotel. If so, it would be even better. There are no restaurants very close by. The food was also expensive. We were given a room on the second floor. The walkway to our room was dusty. Their service can be further improved. Daily maintenance and cleaning are even better. They can only be seen cleaning before the arrival of the occupants. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There is no air purifier in the bathroom, which is something that is much needed. The room fan could have been a little faster.
