Hotel staff is very nice. Very nice place to stay. But most of the facilities are not in good state like tv is not working properly. Water jar provided in room are also not in proper working condition. Lift also need to be upgraded. And tv are not updated it's still on cable. And most of the channels are not available. It was a good stay at this place which could have been best experience.

I will give zero star to this hotel ,if Google allowed. This is not three star hotel and not worth the 4k-5k pricing . Complete staff is good for nothing..they don't know hospitality and you don't find any aminities. Water bottle selling double the MRP ,if you call they will make easily same price..all looting shop. Very bad breakfast and preparation. It is really bad experience and staff doesn't reply you in one call.you need followups

We had a great experience here. They have a swimming pool, neat and clean room with SMART TV.We requested them for bonfire, they accepted and arranged it. We enjoyed well.

Other than the location, it is the worst property I have ever stayed at anywhere in India. Rooms are damped, smell like hell. No wifi is available in rooms. No telephone is available. Balnkets are uncovered. Plillow covers and bed sheets are dirty and odouring. Hospitality is worse than their rooms. Television is half damaged. I even had to ask for room freshner and what they brought was a spray bottle and sprayed something which smelled like bathroom finyl. Elevator is blocked with a card board and guests have to use stairs. I would rate their rooms and service in negative if there was an option. They are charging more than reputed 3star hotels within 200meters where complimentary breakfasts and 1 litre of water is provided within the budget of what's charged here. THEY EVEN WILL FORCEFULLY MAKE YOU PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT AT THE CHECK IN. I would recommend to not even think about staying here unless you are in any emergency. There are number of hotels nereby who will bring you hospitality and rooms atleast 1000times better than what is provided here.
