Don’t visit this hotel if u have booked hotel from Brevistay or qwista. They ask u to give more money then the site nd if u denied them then they give u the worst room with no cleanliness and amenities . Worst experience of the life.

Positive : - great staff with a good sense of client service. Honest and helpful. We had an issue with our room, the staff found a solution to accommodate us. - good location- walking distance from andheri metro, it's markets, near restaurants. Etc. - I felt safe - there is a room service/kitchen Negative: - rooms are incredibly tiny. I had booked a triple room. There was hardly to no space to walk after the three people got in and after we put in our luggage - we were there during rainy season : the walls get wet (so you basically breathe humid air all the time) - in the first room we were given, there was a big amount of rainwater dripping. Given the fact that the room is tiny, the dripping didn't help and reduced even more the usable space. - in the second room we were given, the wifi coverage wasn't that good (my phone could get the wifi only around the door of the room) - no sound proofing, I could hear the TV of the neighboring room. Fortunately they didn't keep it on late at night. Overall, I don't recommend going to this place in rainy season. Otherwise in dry season it's OK, it's good value for money + good staff :)

Nice hassle free experience with no judgement from staff. Some of the rooms are worse than others though but they can shift based on availability. It's couple, visitors and lgbt friendly hotel as well. Entrance to the hotel is inside and lift sometimes didn't work but overall a hassle free experience compared to other hotels. Had a good time, would visit again.

I request everyone please don't visit to these hotel . Last week I have been there and receptionist was so rude . We have had booked the room through online. Receptionist was forcing us to cancel an online booking and booked the hotel offline inspite of knowing that I can't get refund. When I refused to cancelled he has given us a hotel's worker room which is very dirty and A/c was not working T.V was not there bedsheet was so dirty and tiles have been broken . When I told him to change these room he again in a rude manner said cancelled the room if u r not okay with these . Such a creepy people . Thankfully I have made a complain to that online portal aginst these hotel and they have taken an action immediately and then they have changed our room . Such a creepy people . if you are a couple so please don't visit over here. Your mood will get spoiled .
