The hotel appears to be excellent value for the money. The personnel are highly amiable and well-organized. Without a doubt, the furnishings and interior design exude warmth. It also has a fantastic dining area. The restrooms were reasonably hygienic. I adored the hotel's central location in the city. I 100 percent recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Delhi.

Staff knows to take advantage of situation. Rathar then helping out. Breakfast was good but cutlery that they placed was very dirty. When I asked for disposable plates and cutlery. They don't have. I dont know for WT reason they are charging this much money if they cannot provide a good service. I don't recomend this hotel to stay. Complitely waste of money.

I recently stayed at hotel solitaire and had a fantastic experience . From the moment I walked in , the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating . The bed was comfortable , ensuring a good night sleep after a long day of exploring the city . What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional customer service . The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. They were friendly , helpful and provided excellent recommendation for local attractions and restaurants

Pros: * The hotel seems to be doing some work on the customer service side. They all looked like they're trying hard to be polite and take care of the customer, but it didn't feel genuine. * The location is very close to airport. Best if you're just visiting. * Rooms were decent. Fittings were good looked new and clean. * Food was decent. I wouldn't call it great, but not bad either. Menu prices were economical too. Cons: * Towel in bathroom was stained. It was old. * Wifi was not working the first day I arrived. It started working next day. * Dinner package was included. I had my dinner at 6pm as I was checking out. So they started saying I must have dinner only in the night, tried to charge for it. Finally they agreed to let me go, but I had to wait long for checkout. Overall it was okay if it was about 3K per day. Anything more it's overpriced.

I had booked room in prior over a call for my special guests and informed that 3 ladies will be staying for 2 nights. I was told by a Male staff that rooms are available and it is blocked. When I asked for confirmation mail or message, I was told that they have already blocked. No need of mail or message. But 2nd day my guests were told rooms are not there and they have to check out. I have call recordings also. I am sure owner of hotel might have such a great dreams of his hotel but few staff are spoiling it. My guests are still looking for rooms right now.
