Stayed twice in this hotel due to its cleanliness and price(I got it for around 2k+/night). I didn't have food, but tea was nice. Service is missing somewhat, as I had to ask for fresh towels, wifi details(still it didn't work). Mobile internet works fine though, so I didn't have any issue.

Not To Visit Here . There Are Lots Of Reason How they Trap You I Had A Family Function Here. Before Booking Of Banquet & Room the All Staff Make You Feel That They Will Provide You The Best Food Quality & Services . After Getting The Advance Amount They start to Show There Real Faces. When I asked about Total Waiters To be There / Food Quality & Quantity They Started To Say We Will Manage Dont Worry About Those Things At last they said Six Person But Provide three . They Don't Take Responsibility. 1. The Worst Service Ever Faced, The food Taste Is Worst, Provide You Local Quality Water & Expire Cold drinks. They Dont Respond You Properly On During Party. 2: They Told Me Whatever Plate Will be Used Only That Will Be Counted & Charged after Party They Charged Extra for Unnecessary Plate which Were Not Used. 3. Staff Is Very Rude & They Dont Care how Your function/Party Is Running. 4. Waiters Drink & Eats Food In Front Of Everyone They Don't Care About Shortage Of Anything.. 5. No Parking Facility. I Request Everyone Not To Visit Here If You Want Your Function Run Peacefully Try Different Hotels.

Worst experience I ever had, my booking was for 2 nights, My company booked it for me. After one nights stay I got a call from reception and they said They don't have any online booking on my name and they can't provide another days stay to me because they have 100% occupancy for that day. My Company has already paid in advance still I faced this issue. I missed my urgent meeting due to the mismanagement of this poor hotel.
