I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, with modern amenities and a stunning view. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The dining experience was a highlight - exquisite dishes that tantalized my taste buds. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its top-notch service, luxurious ambiance, and unforgettable experience. Can't wait to return!

Rooms are reasonable size and clean. Service is almost non existent. Unless you call for everything nothing happens. Internet and TV service is also a bit of a hit and miss. It didn't not work for all 4 days we were there. Breakfast is good but the same menu everyday.The duty manager is a liar with a smiling face and absolutely no shame. Asked to get me the managers phone number, he would not give. Then asked for cash when I had already indicated the I want to pay by Google Play. The QR code was in front of him but he was pretending to play with Eftpos machine trying to tell me machine is not working. Mr Shitanshu Tiwary, please get in touch with me to hear more. You need to sack the duty manager who is on duty on Sunday morning .Your reputation is ruined otherwise.

Extremely bad hotel. No accountability of anything. They lost our car keysand the people were so casual about it. The person named "Rohit" had audacity to say.. " Abhi sirf 20 minute hi to hua hai wait karte karte". We waited for 1 long hour. Disgusting.

1. Our stay was wonderful Rooms are quite lovely and roomy. The restrooms are cozy, and I've frequented the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The cuisine is always delicious and the chef is a master at tailoring it to my needs. Overall excellent stay in a really lovely and elegant location. Very nice property. Tasty Food. Perfect Location. Good hospitality. Good in Services. Highly recommended
