I have stayed for a long days approx 30 days in this place, the staff is very professional and the services is very good. My first preference is Savi whenever I arrived in the Jaipur specially the breakfast and dinner is very nice.

My stay at the hotel was marred by the staff's arrogant behavior, which overshadowed the otherwise decent amenities. From the moment of check-in, I sensed an air of superiority and condescension from some of the hotel staff, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay. The front desk personnel displayed a dismissive attitude when addressing my inquiries, and their responses were delivered with a sense of impatience. It seemed as if they were doing me a favor by answering my questions, rather than providing the warm and hospitable service that one would expect from a reputable hotel. This arrogance was not limited to the front desk; it extended to the restaurant and other service areas as well. The waitstaff appeared indifferent and uninterested in catering to guests' needs. Requesting simple adjustments to the menu or asking for additional assistance was met with eye rolls and sighs, further reinforcing the sense of being an inconvenience to them. Moreover, the lack of empathy towards the fact that my wife was not working during our stay was disheartening. It was evident that they assumed certain expectations or limitations based on their biased assumptions, which added to our discomfort during our time at the hotel. They failed to understand that people's circumstances vary, and making assumptions about guests' lives is both unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite the hotel's physical attributes and amenities being satisfactory, the staff's arrogant behavior overshadowed any positive aspects. A hotel's success is heavily reliant on its staff's demeanor and service quality, and this establishment fell short in that regard. In conclusion, my experience at the hotel was significantly impacted by the arrogant behavior of the staff and their lack of empathy towards our situation. The unwelcoming atmosphere created by their attitude overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, leaving a lasting negative impression. For a hotel to thrive, it is essential for the management to address such issues promptly and train their staff to provide respectful and courteous service to all guests, irrespective of their background or circumstances.

Never buy its coupon, completely waste of time and money. Better go and get gol gappas on street food. Much better then this restaurant. Staff behaviour is worst ever seen. The manager is having Gutkah in mouth and not able to speak even.
