Positives - Good Location, calmness, plenty of parking area, economic tariff, nice complimentary breakfast Negatives - Toilet fittings are not properly working. Stains on European closet. Water pressure very low. Water having yellow colour. Night food quality not good. No good view available from room.

The Hotel is located in the prime area. The room was well maintained except for the few problems I faced. The rooms have centralized A/c and it takes ages to cool the room. You won't need blankets to use since you will be getting heated up due to the A/c issues. The bathroom was neat but the shower cubicle light was not working and I could see broken wall tiles. Another issue was the TV remote which wasn't working properly. The Hotel has a good rooftop BAR and executive Bar which was top-notch. The hotel has ample parking space for your cars and bikes. The stay was calm and peaceful except for the few problems we faced. Overall, it was an average place for a short term quick stay near the kollam central area.

The rooms were maintained well but shows its age. The shower had a glass door missing. There was water leakage from the roof but disappeared soon. The rooms sound proofing is pathetic and we are reminded of everything thats going on in the corridor and outside. Even the nearby room open door alarm is heard every now and then. One night was tormenting with some youngsters partying outside till early morning. And on complaining the front office staff gave a lame reply of not knowing such a group checking in. The room service staff needs a special mention and their service was top notch. Food was also very economical and good taste but nothing remarakable. A hotel in such a prime location should take a little more concern regarding taking care of family class who expect a peaceful stay.
