Bed full of bedbugs. Cockroaches in bathrooms and cupboards. Small rooms. Poorly maintained. AC not functioning. Hot water was not available. No restaurant. Travel desk is there but no service. Have to make own taxi arrangement. Lunch costly. The worst hotel I have stayed at. Not recommended. Please avoid booking here. No service available. But they charge a bomb for a night. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but even a 2 star is much better than this.

Middle of the city. The room I got was small but cozy. The restaurant serves good food. I had a thali with fish fry and it was good.

Hotel is an old one and not updated. Doors , locks, water taps, showers, flush systems...are not working properly. No full time food service. Only saving face is the friendly attitude of staffs. They are good. I will never select this hotel again..
