The room was untidy and not at all well maintained. We had booked for a room along with an accommodation for our driver. While booking we had confirmed with the hotel about the availability of parking space to which they had said a yes. When we reached the hotel, we found that they parking space was limited which could accommodate only 1-2 cars. They asked us to park the car on the road stating that they will take the car inside only at night post the adjoining bar is closed. Next day early morning when we wanted to leave for the temple, we could not take out our car from the parking space as other cars were parked around our car. When we asked the hotel person to help us out he was not interested at all and rather advised us to take an auto to the temple. The room allocated to our driver had no washroom and kept him waiting because of which we got very late to leave the place.

Only the good part of this hotel is the location. Proximity to Mahalaxmi temple is good. Rooms are untidy. No hot water. Intercoms don’t work.Insects inside the room.Washroom is unhygienic. Room was not ready even though we checked in at 5pm. Would not recommend this hotel.

Budget Yes, this is a one word description for this place. They offer a budget stay option right in the city. Rooms are average, as expected for a budget stay, for non AC there is a ventilation issue, please check the room, if acceptable then only go for a non AC option. There is a scope to improve on room service and maintenance of the property, specially ventilation of lobby area, rooms, housekeeping etc. Even though it's a budget place, you will feel safe for the family accommodation. Parking is limited, ample space roadside if you occupy early in morning or late evening.

Horrible place.They askd us to pay advance for our 2 rooms as we were going to reach there at 7.25 am in d mrng , much bfo d chk in time ..so we did so on 9th of Jan and after reaching there on 27th Jan, there were no rooms available for us.D owner of d hotel wasn't apologetic about it at all. There were ssso manyyyy customers complaining at d reception about no hot water in d rooms .They woke up at 5 am for DEVI darshan but all got wasted .One of them told us that they were supposed to go to Mahabaleshwar , so they were waiting since 3 hours , but noone is even providing them even 1 bucket of hot water .Other customers were complaining about d horrible condition of d rooms, cockroaches in bedsheets etc.We in d end had to search for other accommodation early in d mrng inspite of hvng paid an advance and inspite of my daughter's condition not being well after d long journey. THIS PLACE SHUD CLOSE DOWN ..ITS HORRIBLE and they know NOTHINGGG ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
