Worst hotel stay of my life. The room was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Did not provide towels unless asked the next morning, that too provided 1 towel for 2 people. No plates or glasses in the room. The bedsheet was stained too much. Started geyser and realised that the inlet pipe was not fixed, nearly burned myself. Upon asking, provided a coil heater and bucket. This hotel is a health hazard.

Worst experience I got from this hotel, never expected from Oyo, the receptionist was very rude and he is not having manner to talk, I was traveling to my hometown and I booked online with discount and adding coupons and paid through UPI, when I reached the hotel the receptionist told the booking is there still they need 1200 extra for the room and have to checkout at 6 early morning. If not then they can not provide the room which i already paid and booked In the app it's clearly written that payment is cleared and no need to pay and the checkout time was 11o'clock morning it's clearly mentioned, so I showed him the details and he denied and rudely told me pay or else find another hotel, luckily it was evening so I found another hotel and went there. Don't know how peoples are giving 5 ratings may be they paid the extra what they told but if you are searching for a hotel don't book room in this hotel may be you can suffer and have to pay how much they told..it was evening so I got saved if it's night 11 or something like that then I have to pay how much they ask and stay there

Worst services...no proper TV connection and WiFi.Full of mosquitoes 🦟🦗🦟🦟🦟🦟🦗 They charge huge money.They are not following Oyo rules. In my mobile shows 900 rupees , but they charged 1300 rupees.
