Hotel booking is smoother in app The price is nominal. The location is very near the road. While I checked in the hotel reception wall repainting work was undergoing. The receptionist demanded a different amount other than the oyo amount to be paid.. After an argument of a few minutes he agreed. Room service is not good. Not provided any water bottle, shampoo, soap, bath towel or any amenities. Even after asking. Lift and ac is working. Wifi is available In house restaurant not in operation. Room ambience lighting all ok as per oyo townhouse standard. But maintenance is not good. Bathroom Mirrors are not cleaned. The room walls are a little dirty. Even after bad service..While checking out.. The receptionist asked for a tip politely but I denied.

If i had a chance i would give negative ratings for this! Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in Hyderabad! We thought of staying in the night but we cannot even sit there for a second. The bedsheets were stained and smelling. no toiletries were given, not even a single water bottle. Rooms were stinking. Walls were spit with ghutkas. So many cockroaches roaming around. Washroom was even more dirty I felt like vomitting. It was so suffocating inside. We asked for a room change but even after changing the second room was more worse. The room did not even have a key, when we asked the receptionist said that there's no lock for the 311 room but we can leave our luggage there and go tension free we have CCTV camera. How pathetic

Worst Rooms I have seen in my entire life. Public toilets are much more better. Iam not sure how to upload photos here but trust me this is worst hotel. U will regret to the core if u chose. If you are taking this review lightly I suggest go to this hotel, check the room before u pay.

I have stayed there with my family and I am not at all happy with the Rooms provided for our stay. Bedsheets provided in the room were completely dirty and with stains all over the place. Staff simply mentioned that it was an issue with laundry, ideally they should have checked all the stuff before handed over to us. I won't recommend to this place for a families.
