Rooms & location is proper but service is worst with no or very poor response. Cost wise, it's the highest cost rate with ₹2500/- for a night stay. And ₹260/- for drinking water & cold drink of only ₹120/- in the open market adjacent to it... So, very high cost & worst service, it's not recommended for a night stay in this region... Breakfast with self service is the only thing to appreciate in it...

Pathetic service. Uncomfortable beds. No working ACs. Although the temperature on the thermostat changes, but the AC still given the same amount of cooling for all temperatures. Worst part was everytime we wanted to shower, we had to call room service to tell them to turn on the hot water. Despite which there was no hot water whatsoever. They just say karva rahe hai karva rahe hai and do nothing about it. Never coming back.

Grate Hotals near by Raipur Railway Station clean floor clean front and good response to hotals search grate price and rooms was very large and compact size for tha price point food was grate and welcoming of staff was grateful and wonderful experience of mine.
