Awesome place, Mani the manager is an awesome gentleman, Mathew the marketing guy was also very helpful. The hotel staff is purely an asset to the establishment. Food was awesome. The security guards service was fivestar. And when at sopanam please go to the lounge only for drinks do not go to the other two bars they have pathetic service and highly not recommended.

This was a well managed property back in the day . Quality of Service has dropped drastically. Food is good,However takes a lot of time to be served . The staff ended punching someone else's order into my bill. Rooms are old and need to undergo a revamp. Soaps were not placed in tbe toilets . Staff at the reception however very courteous when asked for a room upgrade. Access to temple and parking are good .

We came here for late lunch after our friend's wedding. The staff was very accommodating and we were seated was served by Sudarsan. He took our order and the food came out as it was made. The food was superlative. From the pakodas to the Biryani, fish fry, szechuAn style noodles and the mutton Biryani, we were collectively impressed. My only criticism was that the dipping sauces seemed like an afterthought, packaged ketchup could be easily replaced with something from scratch. But there can be no doubt that chef Santosh and his staff is talented. As our capstone meal in Kerala, we could have not made a better choice. 5 out of 5. Will remain bookmarked for future trips to Guruvayur.
