Terrible stay! The room was not clean. The bed had hair strands and the room mirror was also dirty. The price is reasonable but expecting clean rooms is very basic. If the hotel cannot provide a clean room, there’s no point. We were extremely tired by the time we reached the hotel so we didn’t have the energy to change rooms. The room Ac was not cooling enough. The restaurant food was also average. The waiters didn’t understand English/Hindi and we didn’t know Tamil so it was difficult for us. We ordered tea in the morning, it took them a long time to get it for us. Also, there was a power cut. All other things can be ignored but hygiene is something nobody wants to compromise with. They should really work on it. The only positive thing was…they provided us with a taxi to drop us at the airport within no time. And the property is very near to the airport so that was a pro!

No towels in room. Made multiple visits and calls to front desk, no towels for over 4 hrs. Menu in restaurant list dozens of items, but only 3 or 4 are available. All chairs in restaurant have torn cloth. Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Showerhead covered in what looks like mold. Mattress felt like 20 yr old mattress. Bedding had what looked like vomit stain. Carpet throughout hotel is DISGUSTING and cigarette and mold smell everywhere. If it was less than 1000 INR, I would not complain. But it was almost same price as Raintree. Stay in nice branded hotel for same price. Close to airport, but totally disgusting.

When we reached at 2 am the room was not ready. The room allocated had Mold in it and had foul smell. Bathrooms were in horrible condition. The staff were rude and non cooperative. The changed was given after 3 am which was equally bad. Upon asking they replied due to climate change all the rooms are same conditions. Better stay at airport then going to this hotel. We left for airport at morning 9 am. Our experience was horrifying. Even the blankets were having foul smell.

VERY VERY POOR HYGINIC CONDITIONS SMELLY BEDSHEET AND PILLOWS, we can smell the sweat of previous guests MOULDS AND RUST ALL OVER THE BATHROOM TAP HANDLES corridors are smelly They are good in charging but not genuine in maintaining the quality and standards that will suite the pricing. For the level of conditions maintained definitely OVER PRICED Only good thing is this is opposite to the airport. food is not upto the mark. Some of the items are stored and smelling.
