I stayed in this hotel for two nights from January 6-January 8 the front desk north indian staff is so rude he got so much of attitude he didn't give me breakfast for two days even though I am eligible for that the day I am going to vacate the other front desk person informed me about the breakfast after that only i came to know I am eligible for breakfast this room was booked by my friend so I didn't aware that even though the very first day itself i had ask him will u provide breakfast he said no he said if u say we will order outside and give i thought ok if we say then only they will buy and give and I have to pay for that ..they didn't give tea or coffee before I check in my friend paid the full amount it's online booking..so I didn't aware this ..and the front desk person also didn't tell.. the rooms are good and the location is also good but the front desk staff is not good management shoul look into this and do the needful..

Stayed at this hotel a couple of nights, in connection with a wedding. The room, bed and the tolet were clean. The wardrobe had a musty smell, which means it is not being cleaned regularly, nor it had a cupboard freshener in it. The wardrobe door could not be fully closed. The fixtures in the toilet had seen better days. The small cap in the hot water know had fallen off. The bidet shower holder was mouldy, the bidet shower itself was old. There were no beverages, hot water available, just two cups and saucers. There were no number list provided to call for service, nor wifi password. Had to get it from the guest in the neighbouring room. However, the room service itself was very fast and good in relation to a complaint. The WC was not flushing, the defect was rectified within 15 minutes.

After checking out five hotels in Nanganallur, I selected this one for a three day stay from June 30th to 3rd July. Took a 3 bed and a 2 bed room. Very friendly staff, good service, rooms are neat and worth the cost. Had issue in the bathroom and they changed the room next day. Surprisingly they have coffee available at 5.30 in the morning, which is rare.
