The Rooms we're not clean bed sheets were dirty moreover pillow covers as well. Even the room In which I stayed there was no telephone in order to contact to reception. I requested for breakfast @7:30am however they didn't even bothered about my request. TV was not working I complained many times but no use.

This place is a moderate place in terms of everything -price,appearance and service. The rooms are compact and everything like geyser shower tv etc works all right. The wardrobe doesn't have any hangers in it . You can get room service for food and drinks as well. It is a budget friendly place for single travellers or a small family. It us located just inside the road. There are many hotels in this area.

Postives : You would get the cheapest hotel. Negatives : 1) The rooms are very dirty. 2) The reception is good for nothing. 3) No clean toilets. 4) Too much in the interior to the main city. Recommendation : Do not visit this place. You would get cheap and best hotels at main road itself.

When I checked into the hotel, I was welcomed with a terrible condition of the room. Below are the highlights of my turmoil:- 1. The AC is not working. So in this scorching heat, I have no other option but to keep on sweating. 2. The fan even at its full speed moves like the hand fans of Mughal e Azam. This was no help at all 3. When i thought of changing my clothes, I was welcomed with an empty bottle of whiskey in the cupboard. 4. After that when I went to the bathroom, I found that it has no knob for shower or tap. I couldn't even wash myself. 5. The toilet seat was marked with stains. After I complained to the staff, they told they are having the problem for all of the rooms. They showed me other rooms but none had their AC working. Some even had plugs and wires popping out just near the head of the beds. Even the night staff was very rude and unsupportive. They began to shout when I raised the complaint.

This is very bad hotel in whole mahipal pur area Nothing looks like in the image here N very bad experience this worst hotel. There was no latch in the door of the room No solitude here. Anyone knock through the door and the doors open very lightly even after a very weak latch. Bathrooms and toilets are very dirty. Bathrooms are spiders web and there was a lot of garbage in a bucket, it smells of blood And there was too much dirt in the toilet and there was no latch, not even a towel. plz don't go this hotel don't waste the time n money.p
