Worst experience stay ever. Paid for an extra bed, but very bad quality one given, had back pain sleeping on it. Did not provide bedsheets, pillow even after repeated requests. Very unresponsive staff, don't respond to any request, no hot water supply or even drinking water. Cockroach infested room. Intercom also not working. Reception people are indifferent to any of our requests and keep changing every few hours.

I liked everything here. Nr. 1 the staff. 💝 The location is calm, yet excellent for exploring the centre of Pune, trying out new restaurants or for shopping. The room has a good size. It's clean. The beds are comfy.

Good place to stay in with well maintained rooms within the budget and well mannered room boys... Can't say about the location as it is near to my required place but dont know about the main city.... If this hotel is near to your required location dont miss the hotel
