Literal zero stars, worst possible service. No ventilation in the rooms, I would rather live in a godown than this hotel. Not even worth a free stay.

The receptionist is very rude to customers please look into it the way of behaviour is very bad and rooms are sooper

The standard double-bed rooms are not actually worth it. I got a low quality room even after paying 2.5k per night. Was really disappointed with the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was also not too good. Service was okay.
