We had stayed here for a night. The staff and management were very kind and welcoming :) Our booking included dinner and breakfast… The spread was too good and loved it. Surely a great value hotel while visiting in and around Kurnool 👍

Rooms and atmosphere here are good. But about the service, I feel not up to the mark. I tried calling them for an entire day, but no one answered the phone, and nobody called back. The rooms and the staff are really nice and give a premium feeling. Dine in available with enough space. It's a considerable option if you are visiting Kurnool.

We booked a suite and totally disappointed with the house keeping and hospitality. The bed in suite is queen size and not comfortable, decor is pathetic, bedsheets and blankets had multiple dirty spots, pots in bathroom are dirty with yellow stains. Surprised that they only give 1lt of complimentary water even for suite which is suppose to be high end,charging more than 7K per night. Managers at reception not at all helpful or accomodating. It is just a Lil better version of a lodge and nothing like a 3 star hotel. At last, after checking out and bill printing they told that there is a mini bar consumption whereas we didn't took anything from it. Overall a terrible experience. Not recommended for family as this experience will only give you headache and the place is not worth your money.

Not worth the money. Stayed in 410. Could not sleep properly because of continuous noise . Complained. They say it's from the service lift. Front office bot helpful in changing the room.Ordered Rice,Daltadka,Curds. Did not get curds. He went again to get it. There was one spoon. And the boy says" Itna Spoons nahin hain hotel mein" I was shocked to hear this. Dal tadka was bland. Don't have food here. Ordered Buttermilk from room. Did not get it for 45 min. Went down to the kitchen and told I will prepare myself. They got me after 15 min. In room dining incharge says that there are no boys to serve. Rooms are near and clean though.
