I stayed for two days and I loved it. Their breakfast menu is really good. I loved the sauteed vegetables so much.. Maybe it is on their winter's menu (don't know..). Also, the staff is professional.

This place Always my Favorite and is great! Atmosphere is mind blowing and Fantastic and the staff members is also really outstanding. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty lovly good, some and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Thank You So Much We are Really ENJOYED ALOT🙏

Hospitality - 2 stars Food - 5 stars Room - 1 star (water wastage) The saving grace for the hotel is the restaurant. The service and food at the restaurant is at a higher standard than the other aspects of the hotel - the food hot and fresh, staff keeping a look out on what is required and professionally interacting. The two lady staff members did a great job. We got sweet corn chicken soup, naan and curry. Though naan was a tad chewy, overall it was fine. Check in experience was less than ideal - Though we opted for a non smoking room, we got a room which reeked of cigarette smoke (all rooms in the hotel are cigarette friendly as per the reception), and initially they sent someone with a room refresher. Only after I insisted that they obliged with a new room. I am just glad that they addressed this concern as we were staying for two days. There is no valet parking at this hotel though they claim it to be a 3 star. The staff at the portico hardly helped with the parking or guiding the car turn. No one bothered to ask if they needed help with the luggage. We checked in late after a long drive and were toast; would have helped to come into a smiling hotel. Rooms are okay but the biggest issue was non availability of hot water when needed. Room service was called, and he says the tap needs to be kept open for a good 3-5 minutes but in practice we found we had to fill about 3-4 buckets of water to get hot water flowing in the pipes. Eventually we did get warm/hot water but talk about wasting water !! This is one of the least water sustainable hotel, I have stayed at. Room service is limited to restaurant hours. They accept non cash payment. Over all the human factor needs a lot of improvement. Will recommend only the restaurant.
