Writing this review and giving least star after being criticised by many of my relatives for the food being served as part of our family function conducted in this hotel. Ordered for 100 guests for the event and hotel charged 240 per plate for dinner. Food they provided is very miniscule in quantity and served the main course in the small chuttney cups as it was a pre fixed menus. Menus are like 2 idili, 1 Uthappam, Puloa, Kaima parotta, sweet (last 3 items served in a chuttney cups) . Food definitely unjustifiable for the price charged. Food taste was also talking point here as it was very average taste.

This hotel is my preferred place of stay whenever I go to Srirangam/Trichy. The place is well kept, the rooms are good and clean. The staff are prompt and courteous. What I like most about this place is the open and airy lounge that greets you when you enter and the restaurant connected to it. The lounge offers a good view of the outside and you can sit there and enjoy. The restaurant is big and offers very good food, both South and North.

This is about restaurant. I used to dine here often. Everytime I made up my mind to tolerate, but this time I can't. Customer service is very poor. Not spacious. Waiting time is High. Not recommended. Simply overrated restaurant.

We went there at 3.00 PM on Sunday. Too much crowd waiting . No seat avilable. After few minutes, we got 4 seater. After ordering , we recd fried rice only, which is very worst. Not able to eat. When we enquired , they were saying that normally Sunday will be like this only. But no therapy, as there were no nearby hotels in that area. Few months back, we had been to this same hotel, that time also same issue. Suggest to avoid food in this hotel. Not worth for money hat we pay.
