The management of laal haveli is pathetic. Basic amenities like mattresses are not being provided timely. I got my engagement done there and was so relieved that I have not booked it for my wedding. Starting from the decoration, the decoration was being done by their recommended vendor but the decoration was not at all as per what we asked. Despite prior commitment, mattresses were arranged in 45 mins. No staff/manager was there to overlook the function and their staff boys were working as per their whims. They were not shifting the chair timely as asked. Even the thrown flowers were not cleaned for the dance performance and the anchor fell down due to slipping due to thrown flowers. Viswas ji who was required to overlook the function was not there and neither picked the phone timely. The attitude was extremely casual and unprofessional. I won't recommend this at all for any function unless they significantly improve their management.

Overall it's a good place .located at Karmeta Jabalpur area . The bat thing about the hotel is parking you can sleep tension free as we all feel in many a times if we don't get parking . Good was also okay but costly .chapati costs Rs 30 which was somehow okay but the size of chapati was also very small , you'll need atleast 8 chapatis if you diet is of 4 at home . Rooms were beat and clean . Staff was good .godd place
