Attended a friend's wedding at Hotel Viceroy Inn and had a great experience! The rooms were comfortable, averaging at a good standard. The event function was well-organized, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend for events and gatherings.

My recent stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable, and it's especially not suitable for families. The quality of the accommodations left much to be desired - the rooms were not up to standard, and cleanliness was a significant concern throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food served at the hotel's restaurant lacked both quality and variety, and the prices were exorbitant for what was offered. The overall value for money when it came to dining was simply not there. What truly marred my experience, however, was the behavior of the hotel staff. They were consistently rude and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing stay. In addition to these issues, the billing process was perplexing, with unexplained and seemingly arbitrary charges that left me feeling as though I had been taken advantage of. For families seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay, I would strongly caution against choosing this hotel. The poor quality of the rooms, unsatisfactory dining options, and the discourteous staff make it an unfortunate choice, especially if you're traveling with your family. *They charge 170 rs for 100 milk by saying they are charging for hot chocolates

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The overall quality of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were not well-maintained, and cleanliness was a major concern. The food served at the hotel restaurant was subpar, and the options were limited. The quality did not match the prices they charged for meals. Additionally, the billing process seemed erratic, with random charges that were not explained adequately. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the staff's rude behavior. I encountered unprofessional and impolite behavior from several members of the hotel's staff, which seriously impacted the overall experience. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. Given the poor quality, subpar food, and the unprofessional conduct of the staff, it's not worth the money or the frustration
