We went last night for my daughter’s birthday dinner, I phoned to book a table and I am glad I did because even though it was a Tuesday, it was really busy. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. We had dim sum to start followed by several different dishes and everything was gorgeous. The price was very reasonable too, we were a party of 6 and it was just over £20 a head including our drinks. The atmosphere was great along with the decor, thank you for a lovely evening, we will be back soon!

Giant hotel that is a marriage hotel, so rooms are designed accordingly. I wouldn’t call it a luxury hotel by any standard. Initially we were given a room in the old wing, which is dated and musky. Not to mention the route there is the weirdest one through a service elevator. Room in new wing was better but decent at best. Optimizes for function over quality. Food and service were both really good and has a very nice gym. Wi-Fi is average but workable (if trying to use for video calls)

The hotel will not respect you at all if they have a wedding or any other big function in hotel. They will book your room and when you go to the hotel they will ask you to wait because the hotel was sold out and the rooms have not been cleaned yet. I waited for 3 hours to check in and that too when I am a regular customer and this is even though I had booked the room 1 week in advance and had also requested for early check-in and the hotel had accepted this request.. They would only take advantage of this money because right now there is a shortage of good hotels in Jabalpur

t's one of the best hotels in Jabalpur and they don't take satisfaction in that fact. They are constantly working on improvements. New lifts are being built to cater crowd better (very much necessary as the sole 2 lifts in a 6 floor hotel is never good enough - although I think they should have built the new lifts near the rooms ). They are also constructing a new wing with around 60+ more rooms - why I will tell you...yesterday there were 6 weddings on different venues in the hotel !!! And they couldn't provide every one enough rooms. BUT on the other hand one would expect that with 6 weddings and full rooms one will not get good service...and how one would be wrong. They have enough staff for all the events and the service was never compromised at all, food was served with meticulous regularity, constantly inspected by senior staff. That was commendable 👏👏👏 Rooms are big, clean with proper amenities and although toiletries could be a tad upscale, rest everything was good. Food was delicious - at buffet breakfast Restaurant or even at events. Overall, a good experience to stay. Recommended
