Management people are very good. I m very satisfied with their service. Whenever we ask anything immediately they help us. Especially provide water everytime. Highly recommended this hotel. We are whole family very comfortable to stay for 5 days. Very close to railway station. Affordable room rent.

Very good hotel, ideally located near to railway station and good eateries around. Most importantly very good customer service. They definitely go beyond and provide you & attend to your requests. Rooms are little smaller but cleanliness & their service is beyond expectations. If you are looking for comfortable stay and not to be harrassed around by staff in Coimbatore then would recommend it.

I had booked this hotel room for a few days. We came late and as we entered the room we were surrounded by cockroaches. We were very tired so wanted to sleep but all cockroaches were enjoying on the bed also. After putting the fan on high speed, we toil a chance to sleep but next day early morning we moved to another hotel. Overall the location is good, the staff is courteous, rooms are very small but ok for Batchelors.

Worst experience, I have informed well in advance while checking in that I will check out 1 hour late and the hotel staff said it's ok and no extra amount will be charged. While check out they are asking for extra money. Also the room service is not cleaning the rooms and also the rooms are not spacious. It's totally no value for money for the rooms. Not recommended for stay.
