I was pretty disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Room was spacious but totally lacked any luxury. The basic amenities were lacking - no Tissues in the room, Soap dispensers in the bathroom were broken, housekeeping replaced them but they still did not work. No heating in the room so I was provided with a little portable heater. No safe to store my valuables, no fridge in the room either. Pretty basic for a 3.5star hotel. On the plus side, the hk staff were good. Coffee in the restaurant is like hot water and the breakfast buffet choice was pretty limited. The location of the hotel was good but I was extremely disappointed overall.

The property although simple has all the amenities that is expected from a star hotel. A value for money experience, must say. A smooth and hassle free check in along with warm and polite hospitality by the front desk staff. Rooms were neat and tidy with a beautiful view of Gangtok City and the nearby hills. Food was equally delicious and the breakfast spread was wholesome. Many a times, hotels compromise on the quality of breakfast owing to it being complimentary but this hotel is and exception. The property also has swimming pool facility which can be availed upon intimation and also sightseeing facilities are provided. Overall, a pleasant experience and would consider choosing this property for future visits.

The food looked nice and was tasty as well. The service were quite good and the staff were very helpful. The venue was quite spacious and has big rooms which are capable of organising events with swimming pool in the compound itself another plus point is the ample parking space which is best for people who bring their own vehicle . The unobstructed view of gangtok is very open and can be clearly seen to give a view of the Himalayas when the weather is clear. Details for Tourists: local taxis are available throughout the day to M.G. Marg which is the town centre of the gangtok which takes about five minutes by taxi or tourists can take a walk to MG Marg. Other places which is quite close is Delting Denzong which has a casino, Vajra World mall, here many eateries like KFC, Local Cafe, Buzza Scoopa icecream Parlour outlets are available along with the Reliance smart and electronics shop outlets, there is also a cinema hall which is the best in Gangtok, tourist places include Enchey Monastery which is around 2 km from the hotel and a Jawaharlal Nehru Botanical Garden which is around 12 kms. Close to Vajra World mall is a North Sikkim taxi stand from where you can plan your trip to Gurudongmar Lake, Lachung, Yumthang Valley, Cholamu Lake, Thangu Lake etc.

Best hotel I have stayed in Gangtok. The view from the room is excellent. Rooms are huge with all facilities you need. Service is excellent. Staff behavior is excellent. Though the location is a bit far from MG Marg, it's a 20mint walk downhill from the hotel. The food service is very good. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Given option I'll always book this hotel. They do have pool, but it was empty since the weather was chilly. If your looking for pool, don't expect the pool to be operational since the weather there is chilly.
