Has seen better days… Wow what a drastic change at the Hyatt Ahmedabad. Visited after 4 years and I saw negative reviews but took them for just negative experiences, as all the 3 previous visits we had were awesome. The staff and the service is still super friendly. But this is far from a 5 star hotel. The lobby is super shiny and nice but the rooms need a very major refresh - stained carpets, worn furniture, bedding, and towels, wallpaper peeling off and walls cracked / damaged, bathroom grout dirty and fixtures old. I could keep going but I hope you get my point. Our room rate was higher for the the executive lounge access, which is a crazy because the lounge is nonexistent. They use to have breakfast, snacks, etc. but now the lounge only serves snack from 6pm to 8pm. I went at 5 pm to get a drink and they told me there will be a charge to my room. The hotel breakfast is super extra crowded I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just open up the lounge for guests who have access. This was once a premier hotel especially with its location. I will definitely not be staying here until a full update has been documented.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel yesterday, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel rooms were not only comfortable but also well-maintained, providing a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The standout feature of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were incredibly polite and always ready to assist, making me feel well taken care of during my visit. As for the dining experience, the food quality exceeded my expectations. The meals were not only delicious but also showcased a great attention to detail, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, exceptional service, and delightful dining options. It made my stay truly memorable.

My family had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Ahmedabad. We were very impressed with the courtesy and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. There were 6 of us including my parents and 2 young kids and we were very fortunate to have stayed in some of the suites. The suites were huge with large bathroom, powder bath, bedroom, living area and dining table. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily and the 17th floor lounge a few times. We loved that the hotel is right next to a mall, which allowed us to do plenty of shopping. The mall also has a kids arcade/rides which my kids enjoyed. We also went to the carnival rides in the outdoor complex across the street. Ubers were usually available within minutes of the hotel, which allowed us to get around town. There’s parking under the hotel if needed. Decent gym with free weights, treadmills, some machines, view of pool. The best part of our stay was definitely the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived to our rushed departure, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I particularly want to recognize: Saurav Kumar—manager who frequently assisted us Bharat Rathod, Rinki, Jaspreet, Bishaka (fantastic housekeeping crew) Gagandeep, Saurabh (very helpful with our luggage) Abdul (helped us big time to get to the airport in a rush) Aanchal—friendly and helpful every morning snd breakfast and in the evenings in the lounge) Bikram—very kind chef who made sure kids had pancakes every morning Joysri Thank you all!
