I stayed for 3 days, it was perfect. Always hot water available, room service is excellent, food is nice (Felt price is bit high). I have opted for Laundry service, it was too good. It is fully safe! One thing is I noticed here is, The reception and food service people should smile more and otherwise it feels like we are burden them.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Ibis Nashik recently, and I must say I was impressed by their breakfast, kitchen, staff, and gentle hospitality. The breakfast was simply delicious, with a variety of hot and cold dishes available, as well as a full selection of breads, pastries, and cereals. The kitchen staff was always friendly and accommodating, and always willing to provide you with whatever you needed. The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful, Lalit was there whole time thanks to him always making sure that you had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always willing to help with anything that needed to be done. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Ibis Nashik and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Best in type of budget hotel. Neat and clean hotel. House keeping service is very good. Special thanks to Chandan who has provided his best service. My family stayed in room no 510 & 528.

Extremely poor and terrible service. I have made the reservation through an online platform and I've requested for an additional adult to be included for whatever charges but haven't received a single revert since the last so many days... Terrible customer service..m They barely answer their calls and if they eventually do answer then they disconnect. I mean seriously?? You guys are in hospitality industry... I wonder if this is the service then is it really worth visiting Ibis Nashik.. Too bad

Overall rating is 4 out of 5 Rooms are small but okay to rest for a day or two and pillows having cotton clots...not easy to sleep on such pillows..One issue observed that Room was not cleaned within time (Keys were handed over at 7.30am and when we came back at 5.00pm) still room wasn't cleaned. I found Veg Food good as it had many options! Room attendant Suraj Gaikwad helpful to attend my request and cleaned the room immediately and Sadhana (Security) helped us to know and explore local areas. Overall rating 4 out of 5!!
