The room was pretty small including the washrooms but very clean. Looks like a very old property but managed well gud for a day but won't recommend it for an extended stay. Food is the best thing they have a good spread of breakfast with lots of sprouted grains, fresh juices of cucumber, beetroot etc pretty impressed with the way they are promoting healthy food. Other than that they have a lot of options for traditional breakfast. Good parking and games as well inside the property.

The breakfast was good. The restaurant staff are also good. However, the check-in experience to the hotel itself, and the room, was not good. 1. Checking in took about 30 minutes to get to our rooms. We were exhausted and hungry after a long day and it was not clear why it took so long after indicating our check in time well in advance. After all this, we got up to our room with all our bags and the key card was not activated, so we had to go back down and get that fixed first. 2. Rooms are small and bathroom is not well designed. Minimal towels given. The pillows are lumpy. Also, our room was not the cleanest, and when we brought this up with the staff, they came in to take a quick glance and declared the room "not dirty" and therefore perfectly fine. There were clumps of hair on the floor when we checked in, and dried marks on the table. There is a fridge but it didn't work at all. Plus points for the room: there is hot water, the room is dark for sleeping, and the bed is comfortable overall. 3. The toilet flush did not work. I understand that this can happen occasionally, but we had 2 rooms and the flush did not work in both of them. Quite disappointed.

Overall experience of stay was Excellent. Hospitality was Excellent. Food quality and taste was Excellent, we enjoyed all kind of Food stuff very well. House keeping and cleanliness was also Excellent. Interior and arrangement of room and कम्फर्ट was also Excellent. Will visit again and will recommonde to friends first this hotel stay.

I had my recently stayed in this hotel for couple of nights. The room allocated to me was ok, but not the one which we expect to be good considering the hotel brand. The rooms are small. In the night incident happens where there was night lamp, so I highlighted this to hotel, however the team said there is no night lamp hence either you have to switch off all the lights while sleeping or you may keep the lights on. It was really frustrating, considering the situation the girl at the reception offer me room change with upgraded category. Wherein the dim lamp was available. It was not good experience. The management should do something about it. Though breakfast is good. The staff should be trained and more customer centric.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Nashik. Breakfast buffet was cherry on cake, There was a wide variety that was served from a range of fresh salads, fruits, Juices, Cereals, Tea & Coffee, Idli, Pavbhaji, Tomato Omelette, Paratha, Boiled Egg, Omlet and Dosa as per request. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
