Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was downright disgusting. Everything was dusty. The fridge had literally mould growing inside it. When I brought this up to the manager, he just nodded and didn't bother to respond. The walls are thin so you can hear all the guests in the hotel, who, by the way were screaming to each other at all times. Not something I've ever experienced in any other hotel. I ordered room service once, and not only was the staff rude to me, but as a woman staying here alone, their behaviour made me feel very unsafe. So I didn't order again and kept my doors locked at all times till it was time for checkout. This felt like a super cheap guest house and not the boutique hotel that it claims to be. Especially at those prices. Would not recommend to anyone.

This location is well located and easily reachable. The biggest demerit of the hotel is that they don’t have fans and you need to depend on AC. I didn’t face powercut though The rooms size are not uniform. The pros of hotel is location and accessibility. The staff and team are although good and hospitable.The cons of hotel is all room need some kind of maintenance and not uniform in size. Basic maintenance like cleaning clogged taps and shower. Fixing some switches and appliances. Another thing they provide two 500ml water refill that’s too low 1 litre per day. The breakfast buffet is ok but there is scope for improvement. So I feel 3.5K per room is not value for money.

Excellent hotel with world class amenities. Spacious rooms with clean and tidy washrooms. Fresh linens and great ambience of the room. Thanks Rajnesh ji and team for making my stay memorable.
