VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I had booked this Hotel for 1 week as my business trip from 17 May 2023 to 25 May 2023 and things that I would like to highlight here are as follows: 1. This hotel has pathetic service as there was only one staff member who was doing all of the work. 2. The Air Conditioner in my room had voltage issues which was creating a lot of noise from the stabilizer which hampered my sleep a lot. 3. The kitchen here was not hygienic at all and I had complimentary breakfast first day after which I got ill for 2-3 days. 4. The kitchen had rats in it because of which there were a lot of sound coming from the ceiling of my room as my room was 303 which was just below the kitchen. 5. I had a lot of issues regarding the Wi-Fi as the Wi-Fi had no internet connection because of which my work was also hampered and I had to bear the losses. 6. The manager here was rude and couldn't solve any of my problems. I really wanted to leave the hotel but I had paid the whole amount in advance and didn't had any money left with me so I couldn't exit. Worst Experience will not recommend anyone to this place.

Located right in the market place . Room is compact n clean Linen needs to be changed, white is looking soiled n limp. No elevator, steps r narrow n steep, there is a provision for lift though. Bathroom clean , water heating has a boiler but I think the main switch is kept off , so u need to call the reception if ur water is not heating. Complimentary Bfast very basic, no eggs incl. Manager is helpful n quick. No dedicated parking. It’s on the road parking.

The place is ok.. there was a rat inside my room. The rooms aren't that great. Location of the hotel is in the midst of the market. Hence, traffic noise, vehicle sounds etc..
