I gave 1 star because the food was good. It has nice restaurant. Minus 4 for These Reason: 1. Phone number at Google , website and booking id from make my trip etc 2. They don't have courtesy to ask if it's family or business, they provided saperate beds for couple and then denied to give joint double bed. 3. Room are smelly with strong cigarette smell 4. Cleaning is bad, blood in curtain of bathroom, mud in floor 5. No warm water before 8am , so if u have early morning bath u need to call for warm water in bucket 6. Phone for calling works in some room and not in others .

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. I suggest you to didn't choose this hotel to destroy your vacation because their is not bassic amenities such hot water in bathroom current in switch boards , even the lights in the rooms is not close in night because their is no switch and when we asked to hotel staff they suggest us to take out the room card and it's full dark in the room and the manager is very bood the manager doesn't stand on its own ward and increase the price which was not mentioned and worst part is that the beds are broken and smelly and the washrooms are clean as road side toilet and the staff was very uneducated and speak with a very bad manner with us and also say bad words to us when we complaint to manager and their is no luggage transfer to our room we have carry them and transfer it to our room self. At the end I fully suggest you to not to stay in this room

Rooms built like 5 star hotels bt they jst don't care about that cz they are so dirty they don't clean floors, sheets furnitures and bathroom at all even after asking, geaser only work 4AM-7AM. slow services and hotel staff, accountant, receptionist are not professional. They seems uneducated and don't behave and act kind and respectful towards people they don't listen and care about your concerns and complaints and they randomly charge you for nothing, food tastes like dhaba food. Even after we ignore these things cleaness can't be ignored. So dirty Rooms.
