It was an amazing stay, the staff, food and everything were amazing. We booked it through a tour and travel agency but it can't be good anymore. The food they served was hot and very tasty. Also they provided each and every facility of a pretty cool stay.

This hotel was booked by our tour agent. View was awesome from the terrace. Room was clean with all facilities. Food was not that tasty but okay. Staff was supportive. Electricity issue was there but luckily it was there in the morning when we had to leave.

Horrible hotel, sheet dirty, no hot water, room size too small. cow webs in the room, pain chipping off, no proper socket to charge the phone, sockets are hanging from the wall. I had to pay close to 8K to the hotel and I guess it is one of the worst hotel I have stayed and even more disappointing was it should not be more than 1.5k at any cost. In peak season if you are getting it for more than 2K, please skip this. This is really bad hotel with arrogant staff.

Never book this hotel from before. I booked my room in this hotel but due to avalanche my permit got cancelled. On asking for refund as it was a natural calamity. They denied for it. To them its like money is more important than life and if we book it we have to risk our life and stay. Goibibo was the website I booked from and they are like the hotel has denied so we cannot provide any refund. Though it is mentioned that due to natural calamity if the booking is cancelled then we will get the money refunded. Never fall in the trap of this hotel and goibibo scams.
