I was stay here one week ago, it was a wonderful stay and staff was very polite and cordial. Break fast and dinner was awesome , kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel near to the beach it was comfortable for me. Totally me and my family enjoyed a lot

This hotel is close to the beach & it is the only good thing about it. I have many issues with this particular hotel. TV in our room was not working at all. They didn't send a technician even after complaining. The room had no wifi coverage. Tried to call the room service, but apparently, the number was switched off. The check-in time is 1 p.m., whereas the checkout time is 11 a.m. which is a little weird for me. There were limited food options in the buffet. The staff didn't prepare an adequate amount of food for the guest,there was always a shortage for something or the other. They cooked food in mere quantities, which eventually finished quickly & everybody had to wait. The restaurant staff definitely has an idea about the number of guests staying in & should prepare food considering the same to avoid chaos, which we face at breakfast. The restaurant was not even clean. There were spider webs in the corners & huge mosquitoes joining us for breakfast. Definitely hygiene issues.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine Palace.the beach is just a minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has a good lawn and a lovely swimming pool. The room given was neat and clean. Thanks to the entire team of jasmine
