Firstly nobody at the front desk picks up the call. The guy at the front desk is an entitled person who talks as if he owns the place. They will cut your call randomly when they don't want to answer your questions. If you want good customer service, do not book here. They don't accept bookings through Agoda. So we called and tried to reason with them. They are unwilling to even speak to us let along be willing to resolve the issue. This hotel staff is filled with entitled people who assume they are above all. I would suggest staying away from this at all cost. Rooms may seem good but if you never get the room that you booked, what is even the point?

Worst experince! I booked this hotel on 22nd December with 100% advance payment for my stay from Dec 24th to 27th. On reaching the hotel around 9 pm in 24th, I was informed at the reception that the hotel is SOLD OUT and they can check me in. I informed them that I had made 100% advance payment and have a confirmation voucher from them, so how can they not keep my room? They replied that due to some "technical issue" they can't give me the room. I insisted on staying at the hotel to which they said they have already made my reservation at another hotel and I don't have a choice but to go there. There General Manager, who was rude and unapologetic, came on a phone call with me to say the same pre-defined thing that was informed by the receptionist. I then called MMT customer care, the customer care person called the hotel, who didn't pick up his call, so he spoke to the receptionist from my phone and instead of asking them to give my room, he too asked me to have a look at the other hotel. This was around 10 pm at night. Realizing that I don't have a choice but to succum to the pressure of JM Four Hotel and MMT, I asked them to take to that other hotel. To my utter shock, JM Four Hotel asked me to arrange my own transport to go there. When I said atleast have the courtesy to have me dropped, the took me in a staff's scooty to that other hotel. Worst experience ever, this hotel is not fit to be in hospitality sector. MMT I have been booking for years and one time I needed their help, they left me to fend for myself. The General Manager of the hotel is a rude, senseless and inconsiderate person to say the least.

This is the worst experience I ever had. I have booked a kind size bed room 2 days in prior and paid all the chareges in advance At the time of arrival, the room were not available. i was forced to take lowe category room. There is some Mr Shivkumar, who was at reception. He doesn’t know even how to talk to a guest. He went away leaving the desk. I was standing at reception for 30 min waiting for a reply. it was 10:45 in the night. I was told to cancel the room and look for another hotel A big No for J M four and Mr Shivkumar
