It was a great 5days say. Joe uncle is very helpful and all the needs were taken care of. Room was very clean and even the staff is very helpful and supportive. Beach is also at walking a distance

Great host, accomodating of your requests and in a good place at very very affordable price. The rooms are not like hotel rooms but are very spacious and more than justifies the price you pay.

We stayed in a Jack fruit room the room was neat and clean and the spacious bathroom is also very neat and clean. You will get some beers and water bottles in the fridge which were chargeable at market rates. Room service is very promising. They also served paid breakfast which was delicious and very reasonable. If you want to rent a scooter or taxi you will get the phone numbers of the vendors we rented a scooter as well as a taxi to the airport which was reasonably priced. Overall I think it is a well-maintained guest house I will book it next time also whenever visiting Goa.

Some places have a charm of its own. Such places are rare to find. And when one finds them, one tends to treasure it as such places are special. Joe's place has charector. It's very difficult to explain, it may not resonate with every one. And when it effects you, like it did to us, you will experience a calmness which is priceless. I am not going to get into the details of how close or how convenient is the location. For me, the concrete structure of Joe's guest house felt as if it was breathing and full of serene life. For the most part, all I did was to sit on the terrace and feel the life which Joe's place was oozing with.
