Very poor service. The hotel doesn't have adequate staff. Food quality is pathetic. The rooms are ill maintained.

Worst hotel, lots of power cut, no wifi and they don't even start generator. I complained to their manager and that guy was arrogant didn't respond properly. They mentioned wifi but it won't work all the work. I don't recommend this hotel any time.

Excellent location Very poor management right from reception Utter confusion regarding room allotment Rooms were good but exterior was dirty, management should look into cleanliness and hygiene Food was pathetic and requires a lot of introspection and improvement

ZERO rating is what it deserves. If you don’t want any service of cleanliness , hygiene or any water / food . Please go ahead and stay, We stayed there for 3 nights, the package was with food for dinner and breakfast. Absolutely foul place, the manager and reception are very very arrogant and pick up a fight as the check out date nears. The blankets are not even washed after use they just dry it out in the balcony and use it, they did not even bother to change it for us in 3 days of stay, we moped our own room to keep it clean. The internal team also warned us not to eat anything as there were food poison among residents and unclean water usage. Please be careful of this place in case you decide to stay.
