The service was definitely below par. Had to wait an hour just to get some water. The furniture was very old and worn out which was a bummer. The food was also terrible, so I recommend that you get take out incase you are staying here. The AC situation was also disappointing. It barely worked. But I expected this as it was part of many revisions I saw online. Overall, the experience “OK” since we only stayed for a night and left pretty early the next day. The location is great as it’s close enough to the city.

The service experience was truly disappointing. Firstly, the wait for room service felt never-ending, with excessively long waiting times that tested patience. Adding to the frustration, when I asked for plates to enjoy some outside food in the room, I was informed that plates couldn't be provided for outside meals. Moreover, despite attempting to have the food delivered by a Swiggy delivery person, the hotel staff prohibited them from bringing it to the room, leaving me without any viable options for getting the food delivered. Overall, it was a sequence of disappointments with both service delays and restrictions on outside food delivery.

We had good and not so good experience with the hotel. Rooms had good view of the lake. Spacious rooms. Restaurant staff, Chef & manager were good. Cons The hotel manager was less flexible in accommodating all our request. The road that leads to the hotel is very narrow.

Yesterday we stayed at JVK PARK. Deluxe Room very good, partial lake view. SAPATA (SLIPPERS) not provided by hotel. We demanded, but not given. No normal water (Tap/Free Water) available. 2 mini complementary bottles given. It is required to avoid stay in such hotels, which are not providing free RO water instead of chargeable bottled water. All other things are good. DECENT rooms and good environment. Staff services are poor. WiFi is poor. Unusable.

It is sorry to spend my bit and cash over there. May be the elevation of the edifice is moneyed though the courtesy received in the BAR is too bleak. They do not have any hypothesis on how to stool 3 pupils if the spot is partly engaged. They just asked me to sit outdoors and there were a few who were smoking and I loathed the cigarette odor particularly while having sips. That's it. Many thanks.
