Had an amazing experience. Rooms were spacious clean very comfortable with balcony with amazing view of the mountains and valley. The breakfast spread was elaborate with both Indian and continental. Fresh juices and freshly prepared items. The banquet was also elaborate and very good. Enjoyed our stay

"JW Mussoorie provided an enchanting escape for both me and my 10-year-old daughter. The warm reception upon arrival set the tone for a delightful stay. Our room, adorned with mesmerizing mountain vistas, became a cozy sanctuary for us. The thoughtful amenities and attention to detail were especially appreciated with a child in tow. We wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel, we were there to celebrate our anniversary along with our child must say everything was on point the Den the best thing that your property offers . From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout our stay, everything was simply exceptional. The attention to detail, the comfortable room, and the delicious food made our experience truly memorable. We were especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. On this note we would specially like to thank Vandana who had the sweetest smile and was my child’s favourite in less than 5 min. She definitely will touch great heights of success with her hard working attitude and details to guest needs and comfort. She specially made such a beautiful card on the occasion of our anniversary one such gesture that one can never forget in life. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
