DO NOT BOOK. We booked this hotel in June for our stay in the last week of October. Around 2 weeks before we got there they cancelled our booking which we had even already paid for. So unprofessional and quite a pathetic move on the part of the hotel, rebooking 4 rooms with 2 weeks notice was quite a bad experience. Unacceptable behaviour, definitely better hotels with better experience are in plenty in Vrindavan.

This is a govt sealed property and you have to enter through a rear entrance since front main entrance is sealed. This is also not a resort and is actually operating from a dilapitated looking apartment complex. They should be marketing this as a service apartment and not as a hotel and should be priced accordingly. Highly misleading. Please stay at your own risk.

The rooms and the location seem nicer than it really is. Though the service and amenities are on point, the basic details are not really taken care of, especially hygiene. If you can compromise somewhat with the hygiene and maintenance, this place might be a comfortable stay for you.
