Parking space limited. Cleanliness a bit low, they need to maintain well. Else the property will suffer. People and service very good. Restaurant service very good. Good food.

Booked a couple of rooms and stayed here for a day. Positives: The staffs were friendly. They provided grooming kit that we forgot to pack Rooms were clean Old bus stand is less than 1 min by walk and the railway station is less than 3 kms. Negatives: The bathroom didn't have bucket, it only had shower. So it was impossible bath without the hair getting wet.

Nice and friendly staff. Speaks fluently in multiple languages. Nicely maintained.. had a good restaurant and bar. Limited Cellar parking, easily approachable, city centre located are other advantages

I strongly believe the reviews are paid to stay above 4 rating. Small ill designed bathroom with slip hazard - 8 inches space to enter the shower area as the door is next to western commode. No tap in the shower area, and no bucket & mug, if you design a shower area like this, reception is obligated to inform people No one talks about wifi until unless you ask about it multiple times. No electrical items in room, no kettle, no mini fridge, no hair dryer, no iron box. Added disadvantage is very congested area is the location. With multiple one way to reach. Overall disappointed and never again.
