I wonder how they have people placed in the manager level like this to treat a customer so arrogant and insulting way. First the leader should be good -to have a good team to run the show for long way I believe. Friends please rethink to take a call on this choice of hotel to choose since I believe even in Ur SOS call he/his team staffs will consider their choice of ignoring it as per their convenience as like they are not into service industry basically. I m not a person to write neg on any but made us through by their-his behaviour esp., Even though the hotel is not good we can take a call to stay a day atleast but whereas service or people to help us are likewise it's really tough. Again take double care before U zero it. Since mine is ZERO rate to opt for their service but leaving no option to rate single here 😕.

It's my third trip with my family here....I have decided not to come back any more...only because of the Manager (Mohan Gandhi)un professional guy...poor communication...when we were complaining about Rest room cleanliness...he just walk off without responding us...then we had a talk with a receptionist and got his name.Creepy personality guy...such a bigger property should appoint professional Staffing with good communication..Food was good But the Hospitality was damn poor from Manager to Assistants. Highly not recommended...

We used the restaurant only, the service was poor, the staff were rude and not so polite. The time to serve food was way too long. Simple food like a Club Sandwich was pathetic. Even the billing there were misappropriation, didn't get a valid reasons on the charges. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use the restaurant at SRM Hotel.
