The rooms are neat and tidy and the hotel staff and room service is also polite and responsive. The hotel doesn’t provide lunch or dinner as there is no kitchen so you have to eat either outside or order online.

Rooms are smaller than they seems to be in the images. Food was okaish. About the location, it was really difficult to reach the place by a car as the entire road to the entrance is under maintenance. I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy bags. Hopefully that is temporary. There was no restaurant for dine in, when asked food was brought to the room. Best highlight is that they facilitates late check-ins (I did call them before arriving to ensure this) so its convenient when your flight is arriving early mornings. I reached the hotel by 3AM and had no issue checking in to the hotel, apart from the fact that the receptionist was asleep on the floor, so I had to wake him up to do the check-in procedure.

Fraudulent people denied room for arriving late despite paying money online through cleartrip. 1am at night I went searching for rooms in other hotels nearby. Useless manager and service person
