I walked in during cyclone Michaung desperate for a place to stay. They were booked out but they still managed to get a room ready for me. Great place with good food. The amenities are very nice. The service is stellar and the price is fair. Loved my stay and will be back for more!

1. Pathetic room service of the hotel restaurant. Despite giving clear instructions, they are not bothered to follow the same. 2. Pool water was extremely dirty and full of mud. 3. The infrastructure lacks are so bad that you can be locked out despite having the card key. I stayed for 2 nights straight, but the card key did not function during second day. The room cleaning staff denied for help and I had to get it resolved on my own.

I liked this hotel Pharos. The ambience was gd so also the front office staff. The rooms were neat and tidy. Housekeeping is doing a good job maintaining cleanliness in the rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly. The food at restaurant ' Vivaha Bhojanambu ' was tasty. Ambience was good but seating arrangement was congested. The complimentary breakfast was good. Especially the chicken sausage, chicken with white sauce and fish curry. The only drawback was, they charged to prepare breakfast for my 11 month old grandson. This is not a complaint but a setback
