Old property but reasonably well maintained, but the issue is with the food it's okk and no way near that of a three star hotel,even the service is not all that great,you have to ask twice for a glass of water.people at the reception are good. Standard of food quality needs huge improvement, especially the sweet dishes. Very very ordinary.

The hotel doesn't live up to the standard of a four-star hotel. Pros- The staff is very friendly and respectful. Food is good. Quick room services . Amazing view from balcony. 2-3 kms from Mall road. Cons- The hotels gives only 2 small drinking water bottles as complimentary per day. No breakfast buffet served and there were limited options to order (though staff was good). The rooms need renovation (feels like 2 star rooms) and especially the washroom which made us feel like staying in 1 star hotel (absolute disappointment). The images on website don’t reflect the real conditions of hotel. Unfortunately did not get any corporation from Mr Narendra Sharma at reception, we requested him to change the room as the room allocated was totally different from imagest he was very very rigid and clearly said “NO” without even understanding the concerns, especially when 70% rooms in hotel were vacant and he asked us to pay extra amount to change the room. This made our experience bitter from beginning itself . Would appreciate the flexibility to provide comfortable experience to the guests.

Now the resort is very old , they have one of the beautiful locations, but the condition of the rooms and interior is horribly bad there were spiders in the rooms and the washrooms are also not very clean, that damp smell makes the rooms more pathetic, food was fine , service is very poor. This hotel needs service and renovation.....
